Set up email on your devices

Read your Business Email in webmail, or add a mailbox to Outlook, iPhone, Android or Thunderbird with the mail server settings.

Updated 27 Oct 2026

You can read and send Business Email in your browser, or add a mailbox to a mail app on your computer or phone. In every mail app you type the settings yourself, using the table below. Nothing is filled in for you automatically yet.

Webmail

  1. Go to mail.fastcloud.sg, or select Open webmail on the Mailboxes page.
  2. Sign in with your full address, like [email protected], and your mailbox password.

The settings for any mail app

Setting Server Port Security
Incoming mail (IMAP) mail.fastcloud.sg 993 SSL/TLS
Outgoing mail (SMTP) mail.fastcloud.sg 465 SSL/TLS
  • User name: your full address, like [email protected].

You can also see these settings, with your own domain filled in, on Business Email, then Domain and setup.

Common questions

My mail app says the password is wrong. Check that you typed the full address as the user name. If it still fails, reset the password on the Mailboxes page and type the new one into the app.

I reset a password and my phone stopped getting mail. The old password stops working straight away. Type the new password into the mail app.

Can I use the same mailbox on my phone and my computer? Yes. Add it to each one with the same settings.
